The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean, great amenities including a well-equipped lounge area and terrace, convenient location near restaurants and cafés.

The hotel is right in the center, with a great location just a street off the main Square which is full of life. There are plenty of bars and restaurants in the area, and we even found a Polish cafe serving very reasonably priced Polish food. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a great shower cubicle and complimentary shower gel and shampoo. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Some guests mentioned that the walls and ceilings were quite thin, resulting in some noise from other people's TVs and phone conversations.

The hotel's location was superb, being just a street behind the central market place in the old town. It was perfect being so close to the main square. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious apartments that had two bedrooms and a large living room. Cleanliness was great, and the staff were friendly and caring. We also enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast, and the hotel allowed us to leave our baggage after checkout.
Not one thing was negative about this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with lovely parquet floors. The location couldn't have been better, right on the main market square and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The attention to detail was impressive, with basic amenities provided and a walk-in shower in the room. The breakfast was also amazing, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
